Comprehensive training on the fundamental concepts of process control. The training teaches skills from very basic all the way to the most sophisticated techniques in process control.  The training is offered at the client's site and can be customized to meet specific requirements, as needed.

Personnel:

We offer a highly-talented industrial process control engineer with over 40 years of experience in manufacturing environments with a wide variety of systems and applications.  He specializes in Advanced Regulatory Controls including DMC.  He has worked in a diversity of chemical and petrochemical processes as well as power plant applications. 
 He improves and optimizes the controls of a process through innovative designs and implementation. The emphasis is on use of existing control and instrumentation assets to minimize capital investment.

Specialties:  Process Control design and improvement, especially aimed at base layer and advanced regulatory control through creative use of chemical engineering and control concepts.  Strong skills in identifying and implementing process control changes that stabilize and optimize the process, plus a strong proficiency in DCS configuration, logic, and high-level sequence programming.  Know-how in developing a proper operator interface using DCS graphics. Strong and effective operator documentation is provided.  

Our company specializes in using a DCS to create dynamic simulations of processes for off-line testing of control strategies.
